Trees in Winter Identification

Monday 25th February, 10:30am-3pm, Ellon. This is a good opportunity to look more closely at the identification features of broadleaved trees by looking closely at buds, twigs and bark. Note that children must be accompanied by an adult and no dogs, please. The event is FREE to attend but booking a place is essential - click email link to book your place.


Bat Care Workshop

23rd February 2019, 10am-4pm, Elgin Library. This workshop is aimed at complete beginners who would like to find out more about caring for bats and what is involved in becoming a bat carer If you are interested in attending please contact Jane Sim (click link below) to book a space. Spaces will be limited and so booking is essential.


NESBReC Recorders Forum

Saturday 30th March 2019 at the Zoology Lecture Theatre, University of Aberdeen. As usual the day will comprise of various presentations concerning biological recording in the North East of Scotland, a fine buffet lunch and the opportunity to network with other participants.
